Get creative and show your JMU pride! In this private workshop for JMU Alumni, you’ll transform a natural coir door mat into a personalized piece of art for your home. Choose from holiday and winter-themed stencils, or learn how to add your own lettering to create a mat featuring a favorite phrase, seasonal greeting, or personal message.
With a variety of paint colors available, you can celebrate the purple and gold, create a festive holiday design, or welcome winter with a look all your own.
No previous painting experience is needed. All materials are provided, and you’ll enjoy a relaxed, hands-on evening of creativity and fun. Leave with a one-of-a-kind handmade door mat ready to welcome family and friends!
